Named after the iconic red Maharashtra State Road Transport corporation (MSRTC) buses connecting Warora and Chandrapur, the Lal Pari project tackles the uncertainty and stress faced by daily commuters. Our research reveals how informal information networks have emerged to fill gaps in the system, often excluding vulnerable users. This project focuses on creating equitable access to reliable transportation information and improving the physical experience of bus travel for all passengers—from daily commuters to occasional travelers.
